Step 1: Visit the QESCO Official Website
Open your web browser: Type in the official QESCO website URL (you can find the URL on your previous electricity bills or by searching for QESCO official website using any search engine).
Navigate to the bill check/download section: Usually this can be found on the homepage or under a section like “Customer Services” or “Online Services.”
Step 2: Accessing Your Bill
Enter your 14-digit Reference Number: You need to enter the reference number which is unique to your electricity connection. This can be found on any previous electricity bill. Make sure to enter it without spaces.
Submit your information: Click on the submit or search button to proceed.
Step 3: Viewing and Downloading Your Bill
View your bill: Once your bill details are displayed you can view all the details such as billing period, amount due, due date etc.
Download the bill: There should be an option to download the bill in PDF format. Click on this option. Make sure you have a PDF reader installed on your device to view the downloaded file.
Using the QESCO Mobile App
If you prefer using a mobile device QESCO may also offer a mobile application that allows you to view and download your bills conveniently.
Download the app: Download the QESCO mobile app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store depending on your device.
Log in or register: If it’s your first time you might need to register using your customer details such as the Reference Number.
Access your bill: Navigate through the app to find your current bill and follow similar options to download or print it.
